Stillness in the Midst of Motion- Tin Gum 

Tin Gim is the author of A Comprehensive Guide to the Ma Gui School of Bagua Zhang, and a veteran of many armed battles in Hong Kong where he tested and refined his skills. His writing cuts through the mystical fantasy often espoused by internal arts teachers to reveal the mechanics and principles underlying Baguazhang as a fighting system. He presently teaches in the UK.

 

His new book explores in depth many subjects including assembling the foundation of Bagua, how to perform circle walking correctly, the mechanics of shaft rotation, and the meaning of The Scripture of the Yellow Emperor’s Hidden Talisman.

A Comprehensive Guide to the Ma Gui School of Bagua Zhang - Tin Gim

A brand new translation and teaching manual covering the 36 Songs and 48 Methods of the rare Ma Gui Baguazhang system, renowned in northern China for producing fighters with ferocious power and heavy root.
 

The author is a lineage exponent of Ma Gui Baguazhang from Hong Kong who reveals many secrets of the theory, practice and fighting useage of the art. He has many years experience using the art to survive violent battles in Hong Kong.
